Having hosted the Byron Nelson Classic on the PGA Tour for many years, The Nelson has seen legends like Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Payne Stewart triumph on its Las Colinas Course. The legendary Byron Nelson lent his name to the club and is a big part of The Nelson’s core brand.

To transition to an even more viable future, the club realized that it needed to embrace technology to meet the lofty demands of members and consolidate its position as a leading golf and sports resort in the nation. The natural step was to turn to Trackman.

The club now has 16 outdoor Trackman bays on its range, as well as a Trackman simulator in its golf school. Williams Jr contends that the addition of Trackman Range has significantly upgraded The Nelson’s membership experience.

Using the Business Portal to gain access to data pertaining to everything from balls hit to bay use optimization, The Nelson can clearly see the impact of its Trackman solution.
