Job Description: 

• Collaborate with the Head of Product and other Agile Product Owners to create a clear product vision and roadmap, based on business value, customer feedback and market trends 
• Own the product backlog and drive the development of product features by gathering, prioritizing, and refining business requirements and capture these in clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria that are understood by the development team 
• Work closely with development teams, designers, QAs, Sales, and other stakeholder to maximize the value of the products created 
• Plan and coordinate product releases, taking into account dependencies and overall project timelines 
• Facilitate Scrum meetings for the development team: sprint planning, backlog refinements, sprint review, and retrospectives 
• Effectively communicate product goals, updates, and timelines to internal teams, stakeholders, and executives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business or Economics 
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position with an overall working experience of minimum 5 years 
• Demonstrable knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product goals, requirements, and updates effectively 
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA 
• Exceptional project management skills with a proactive mindset 
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to advocate for the end user 
• Experience in golf required (skill level irrelevant)
