Introducing Leagues: A new way to compete — and connect

When it comes to indoor golf, most players show up for one thing: a great round with friends. But what keeps them coming back?

Community. Routine. A reason to compete — and a place to belong.

That’s exactly why we built Leagues, a new feature in the Trackman ecosystem that lets facilities create season-long competitions for their players. It’s a flexible, high-engagement tool designed to turn one-off visits into ongoing relationships.

And it’s been a long time coming.

Leagues has been one of the most requested features from sim centers around the world. Operators want a way to keep players engaged over time — not just for a single tournament or event. They’ve been asking for more ways to build community, drive repeat visits, and keep things fun. That’s what Leagues is all about.”

How Leagues work for players and facilities

With Leagues, you can set up individual or team-based formats that unfold over several weeks or months — like a house league, but with far more variety and structure.

You’re not locked into one style of play, either. You can combine Course Play, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Drive into a single league, awarding points for each activity and tracking progress through a central leaderboard.

Teams are also easier to manage. Instead of creating them in-bay through TPS, players build their rosters in the Trackman Golf app. That means more flexibility — more players per team, more control over participation, and a much smoother path for things like subs and rotation.

We wanted to remove the barriers that facilities told us were slowing them down. With app-based team creation and mixed-format scoring, you’ve got the flexibility to run a league your way — whether that’s ultra-competitive, ultra-social, or something in between.

Designed with sim centers in mind

Leagues is a foundational release. New features, scoring options, and management tools will continue to roll out over time — and input from facilities will help shape where it goes next.

We built this with indoor golf centers in mind, and their feedback is going to drive the next phase. The more we hear, the better we can make it.
