Vinyl Letters & Custom Logo Reproduction

If your restoring any Railroad Equipment or Hobby Room we do custom vinyl
From 1/4 inch to 2 feet wide and 8+ feet long
Vinyl is available in approximatly 2 or 3mil thickness. 2mil. is usualy more expensive, but will last longer outdoors, 3 mil is less expensive and used for indoor signs or signs that are not expected to last more than 2 or 3 years outdoors.
Iron-on transfer sheets are available in Flock, for velvet graphics and lettering and Premium print, for a shiny painted look.
Place the design, backing down, glue up on an ironing board. Place the t-shirt or other clothing on top of the design. Take a hot iron ( about 350 F ), and press over the cloth. Once the design has cooled remove the backing material and you are done. The key to easy application is the backing material ( carrier ) it holds the lettering and graphics in perfect alignment until it is installed.
